hey sorry to say this but you are declied . This is due to two things, One is that you are not lvl 15 or higher and 2nd reason is that you did not read the application to see that your lvl is currently is to low . Ones you hit lvl 15 i will let you re apply . I also have added you this way i get to have more friends
