I see a lot of people in the site don't have a avatar lol i will try to explain how to do it
Steps
1. Click your "profile" at very top
2. Click "Avatar" then
3. browse an image from your computer or put a link on URL
4. Save
Here is a picture for those who find is very hard ^^
