maybe the story is weird but .. i like the effects, they look so real!!

so basically .. it's like the end of the world as we know it or something

my uncle and my aunt live in Los Angeles, i feel bad for them if this will happen there in 2012

I am going to watch this because of the special effects and how cool it will look. But, the "Apocalypse" in 2012 is complete and utter bull#&^^%. They say that the Mayan's predicted the world would end in 2012, but they just stopped continuing the calendar is all, I mean, were they supposed to do the calendar forever? >_< But, there was this other guy, his name escaped me atm, who predicted several other things in the very distant future (as in hundreds of years after he would die) and he has got them all right so far, and he predicted that the Apocalypse would happen December 21st, 2012. He also said the destruction would come by the "Anti-Christ" (who at this point is speculated it is Barack Obama, the US president, which is completely untrue), the only person who would make sense if this were to happen (1 in a billion chance, if that) is Osama Bin Laden. Anyways, I just enjoy talking about this topic if you couldn't tell.

Oh, and on December 21st, 2012, DO NOT GO OUTSIDE, lol. Really can't stress that enough, on that day, there will probably be huge riots around the world, thinking the world is about to end at any moment so they can do anything. They are going to look pretty stupid once nothing happens.

but some of these things in the movie are true, like the earthquake in Los Angeles, it will happen maybe not in 2012 but it will happen for sure.

about the guy who predicted things .. i think u mean Nostradamus
well.. that's how we call him in spanish, maybe he had a different name in english, but yeah i even watched a movie about him, he predicted about Sep 11th and many more stuff.

oh well.. i live my life, there's nothing i can do and if i die in 2012 that'd suck cus there are a lot of things i want to do and 3 years left is not enough >.<

And about that earthquake, scientists predict that it will happen within just less than 30 years. BUT, let me point out that they predicted this huge earthquake (supposed to be like an 8 or 9 on the Richter Scale) would happen 100 years ago. So yes, I believe it will happen within 30 years, but I just wanted to point out that they have been predicting it will happen for a very long time, and it has not yet come true.

There is also a American Indian Tribe that dates back to around the same time as the Myans, and their calender also predicts 2012 being the end of the world.

Also, there is a religon, from over in Africa (dont remember the name) that has the same thing predicted in their calender.

All it is, is that all the planets in our solar system will be lined up during that year. Its just a bunch of nonsense that world will end cause of it...but u never really know til that time comes lol.

Maybe This Is Whats Gonna Change The Earth's Direction, And Make The Sun Rise From The Opposite Way.

This Movie doesn`t just look Awesome it is Tbhh i saw some TRail and this But The Whole movie will be with a really interesting Story wich makes it a Movie Worth watching
